Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues and request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at shakeelafridii313@gmail.com with photos or videos of the item and a description of the issue. In most cases, once your claim is approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement without requiring you to ship the item back, as international returns are costly and often result in lost or damaged packages.
If a return shipment is required for your specific case, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions directly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shakeelafridii313@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds and replacements are available for issues such as damaged items, incorrect items, missing parts, or orders that were never delivered (subject to verification). Please note that refunds for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size or item selection made by the customer, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return or refund for the item you have, and once approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
