We are strict about what we list
Quality is the one thing we don't compromise on. If a piece won't survive being worn every day, it doesn't go on the site. That's why our jewelry is built on a titanium steel core with 18K gold plating rather than brass, and why it's hypoallergenic and nickel-free — the difference doesn't show on day one, it shows six months in.
Our range is small on purpose. We would rather sell you one necklace you keep reaching for than ten you don't.
Free shipping, no minimum
Every US order ships free, with no minimum spend. We don't think anyone should have to add something they don't want to a cart just to avoid a delivery fee. Orders leave our US warehouse and most arrive within 3–7 business days, with tracking emailed the moment they ship.
If something isn't right
You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back. And if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — without asking you to post it back to us first. Getting that part right matters more to us than the sale.
